This Privacy Policy clarifies the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data within our online offer and the associated websites, functions and content (hereinafter jointly referred to as “online offer” or “website”). The privacy policy applies regardless of the domains, systems, platforms and devices used on which the online offer is executed. The website operator takes your data protection very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory provisions. Access data

On the basis of an order processing contract on this website, our hosting provider collects data on access to the website and stores them as “server log files” on the website’s server. The following data is logged:

  • Website visited
  • Time at the time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you came to the page
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • IP address used

The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the security of our systems and the detection of misuse.The server log files of our hosting operator are stored for a maximum of 1 year and then deleted.

Collection and processing of personal data

The website operator does not automatically collect further personal data and only passes it on if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of data. Personal data is all information that serves to identify you personally and that can be traced back to you – such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number. You can also visit this website without providing any personal information. In order to improve our offer, however, we store (without personal reference) your access data to this website. These access data include, for example, the file you requested or the name of your Internet provider. Due to the anonymization of the data, conclusions about your person are not possible.

Handling of contact requests

If you contact us as the website operator via the contact form, via e-mail or telephone, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and answer your request. No data will be passed on to third parties. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR.
SSL encryption
Our website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Rights of the user

As a user, you have the right, upon request, to receive free information about what personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to correct incorrect data and to restrict or delete your personal data. If applicable, you can also exercise your right to data portability. If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Deletion of data

If your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted if it is no longer necessary for its intended purpose and there are no statutory retention periods. If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.
